DESIGN EXPLORATION

 

INSTRUCTION :

we started of the class with the introduction of the module and we have to choose a topic from Sustainable Development Goals provided for this module

I originally want to choose something related to LGBTQ+ but i was also doing Social Innovation Project about Gender Equality so im choosing SDG 5. For my media of Choosing, im thinking about making a Comic, an Animatic or a Visual Novel and Ms Annis suggested something easier like comic. and suggested that the plot of my comic should be something thats not about "strong woman"

we have to do our proposal of our project with the selected topic/theme and our choose of media

my presentation was aproved and after the proposal week we continue the project and the next meetings would be online. i unfortunately understimated my time because i had other works such as Dissertation on my table. im going for my long time inspiration with the comic Heart of Gold with the color changing the tone ever 1-3 pages.

i continue my work by going for sketches for a week, background art later and more on later.

I had to axe about 5 pages from the original script when finishing this due to time and im also working on my dissertation.

in the final presentation, i haven't really finish it  and only finish about 6 pages since i mostly spend weeks on doing my other project. and i presented what i currently have so far

I asked for Ms Annis for an extension for the final and she granted me until the 9th, which is enough time for me since i finish all of the background.

I finish it at the 8th december midnight as well as adding a website for the comic. the total of the pages is 21 pages.
