Anatomy & Character Sculpture [FINAL PROJECT]
INSTRUCTIONS :
In this final task, we are required to pose our model character. now i already create the weapon for my character. but intially i wanted to make the character pose look like this
first, i try to find an easy tutorial how to pose, specially for something dynamic like that, of course i need a rig right? i did find a tutorial for that
Danny Mac 3D tutorials are quick and easy to follow. so i open my zbrush file and started to do the instruction, i got to almost everything, including the fingers.
i tried to press the rigging > Bind mesh and everything goes wrong, it take 5-7 minutes for it to working. and when i tried to click or move, it freeze and i have to wait for 5 minutes just for moving or clicking the zsphere/bone. and when i have the parience just to rotate the hip, it works so wierd.
this has been happening for 3 days straight even after the deadline. and thats not even the worst one yet.
of course it crashes, every time for 2-3 days. its just like that.
i nearly give up but i reached to Mr Kanaan and he showed me me another tutorial for posing without the rigging. and he showed me me this tutorial, almost similar but it doesnt need the rigging
the tutorial is really easy to understand, and it actually works. but it's really hard to get the pose i wanted because i think the tutorial is meant for a pose that is not very dynamic
but my choices are either suffering every 5 minutes just to get everything wrong and crashes or cant work on a dynamic pose but at least you got it working.
and of course i did get it working and come up with a similar pose
she supposed to hold the axe, not a baby but im continued it never the less, i just wanna get this done. and i did done it few laters on, for the rendering i found out about bringing zbrush to photoshop and try to test the lighting color.

Experience :
oh my god... that was a painful 3 days for the rigging part. i honestly dont understand why i cant rig it. i even tried to bring all of the polycount using decimate all to 100% and made the model look crunchy but it still have does that. but im just glad its over now
Observation :
honestly, i almost give up with this module because of the error but im glad that i did seek some help. i also talk to some of my friends who almost share the same experience as i do.
Findings :
i have tried and looked for the tools i never seen before and honestly, its quite frustrating but at least i learn something i guess! . i did get a little nauseous again when i rig the finger with zsphere
