ADVANCED TYPOGRAPHY [ FINAL PROJECT ]

 

FINAL PROJECT

in this final project we are given 2 options :

Develop a font that is intended to solve a larger problem or meant to be part of a solution in the area of your interest be it graphic design, animation, new media or entertainment design or any other related area not necessarily reflecting your specialisation.

or

Explore the use of typeface in your area of interest, understand its existing relationship, identify areas that could be improved upon, explore possible solutions or combinations that may add value to the existing typeface.

i firstly want to do a re-branding on a popular tea brand called Teh cap Poci, using some  but i discarded it because how difficult it was too difficult for me to execute as im not quite good with Adobe illustrator myself 

so in the end, i ended up choosing the 2nd one, i explore one of my favorite songs from Glass Animals, It was also in the middle of june that i decides to use this idea

progress :

i only did capital letters along with numbers and few symbols but i manage to make a little fun pixel based font.

i was confused what i should make for the final so i came up with the idea of a art poster and a hoodie merch
