Illustration and Visual Narative [ PROJECT 2 ]

 DECISIVE MOMENTS

In this project, We have to recreate a moment in a Movie, Book, Game or a Real-life events and make a looping animation from it.

At first i want to make a scene from Nezha where he faces Aobing while their masters also fight. But i later change it to Scenes from Devil May Cry Series because the Special Edition DLC for the 5th game will came out soon. DMC has 5 games with 1 reboot game (that totally sucks) it got me quite a while to think.

My favorite was DMC3 and DMC5 but i choose DMC 3 since i fall in love to Vergil's DMC3 Personality. It doesn't have the quality of DMC5 but DMC3 was truly the masterpiece.

I had to pick one of the scenes, At first i want to pick where Dante and Vergil fight until Dante loses and get stabbed twice but that would be inappropriate so i choose where Dante had a talk with Vergil before fight

I drew the sketch based on the scene, The background situation was raining but theres a moon somehow.

I actually can't lineart so i over paint it, i got rid of the moon later since it would be wierd for the looping gif. I use tonecurve to adjust the color for a bit 

The quality to render the gif was really poor so i import it to AE to have a much better quality. of course i listen to Bury the light while drawing it.
